The standard business policy of our real estate agency is to organize property viewings after the client has signed our standard agency contract. Signing this contract is a fundamental condition for proceeding with further activities related to the property purchase, and it is based on the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the Data Protection Act. The property location is not provided via email, phone, etc.
The agency commission for the buyer is 3%.
