The construction of the second building "Aqua" started in the middle of March 2022, and the completion of the works is planned by the end of 2023.

The building is located in the settlement "Glavica" not far from the center of Makarska, under the highway.

The planned settlement is in a fantastic location, in the immediate vicinity of a kindergarten, an elementary school in the city center, all the necessary facilities that are ideal for the start of family life, and at the same time the settlement offers future buyers an urban style of living in a peaceful environment with a panoramic view of the sea and islands.

The building consists of a basement that will have two floors (-1 and -2 where there will be garage spaces), a high ground floor and 4 floors. The bathrooms will have underfloor heating, high-quality ceramics (Kerlite panels measuring 2.40 m x 1.25 m), high-quality bathroom cabinets with sinks and hanging toilets with "soft-close" boards.

The shower areas will be of larger dimensions on the "walk-in" principle with glass shower cabins.

Depending on the location and structure, the apartments differ in size, environment and style, price and panoramic view. However, the most important features they have in common are high functionality and perfect comfort for you and your family. All apartments have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from spacious terraces with glass fences and green gardens with Mediterranean plants, and the side residential units (east and west) also have a view of the impressive mountain Biokovo in addition to a beautiful view of the sea.

Customers can choose whether to buy an outdoor parking space or an indoor parking space - a garage parking space.

Price per floor:

Ground floor: 5,000 EUR/m2

1st floor: EUR 5,050/m2

2nd floor: 5,100 EUR/m2

3rd floor: 5,150 EUR/m2

4th floor: 5,200 EUR/m2

 

The purchase of a garage parking space is a condition with the purchase of an apartment. The price of a garage parking space is EUR 35,000.
