- notary public fees,
- preparation of the preliminary agreement and the main sales contract by our lawyer,
- obtaining approval for property purchase from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens),
- registration in the land registry (court and cadastre),
- transfer of all utility obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, building maintenance) from the seller to the buyer,
- assistance with the assessment of real estate transfer tax.
