Luxury apartments under construction in Makarska
A new building under construction with two elevators in the western part of the city of Makarska. The building consists of separate entrances with 43 apartments ranging in size from 51 m2 to 143 m2 with one, two and three bedrooms. 48 garage parking spaces and 21 outdoor parking spaces are available.
The building will be located in Makarska in a quiet area. The excellent location ensures the simplicity and pleasure of carrying out everyday life activities, given the proximity of facilities such as kindergartens, elementary schools, high schools, hospitals, police, shops and the beach, which is literally a few minutes' walk away.
Exceptionally high-quality materials, top-quality sound and thermal insulation will be used in the construction. Every room in the apartment will be air-conditioned, every room with parquet-like vinyl (in two or three shades), first-class ceramic tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, balcony railing made of tempered glass, burglar-proof door at the entrance to the apartment, bathroom fully equipped for use with underfloor heating, TV, satellite and internet connections in every room, external ALU-PVC openings with electric blinds, etc.
- In case the customer wants to make some changes in the schedule or arrange something differently - everything can be arranged in advance.
- The buyer does not pay real estate sales tax (otherwise 3%).
- The planned completion of the works and the possibility of moving in already in the summer of 2024 in the 7th month, with the complete completion of the decoration works and accompanying documentation by the end of 2024.
- Garages are subject to an extra charge of 20,000 euros, and garages whose area exceeds 15 m2 are 25,000 euros.
- The outdoor parking space is subject to an extra charge of 8,000 euros.

The agency commission for the buyer is 3% of the achieved price!
The costs included in the agency commission are:
- preparation of OIB (tax number in Croatia) at the tax administration in Makarska
- notary public expenses,
- drawing up the pre-contract and the main contract through our lawyer,
- obtaining consent for the purchase of real estate from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
- registrations (court and cadastre),
- transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste removal, maintenance) from the name of the seller to the name of the buyer.
- we mediate on the division of real estate tax
The commission is paid upon obtaining the title deed in the name of the buyer!
