This provision also enables other co-owners to operate short-term or tourist rentals.

The buyer is exempt from paying the real estate transfer tax (normally 3%).

Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with completion and occupancy expected in September 2028. Full completion of all works, landscaping, and accompanying documentation is planned by May 2029.
