Every room will be equipped with TV, satellite, and internet connections.
The project allows future owners to engage in short-term rentals, subject to providing written consent upon signing the main purchase agreement, in accordance with Article 34, Paragraph 1 of the Building Management and Maintenance Act. This provision also enables other co-owners to operate short-term or tourist rentals.
The buyer is exempt from paying the real estate transfer tax (normally 3%).
Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with completion and occupancy expected in September 2028. Full completion of all works, landscaping, and accompanying documentation is planned by May 2029.
The investor is a trusted developer with many years of experience in construction and real estate sales.
Garage parking spaces are available for an additional €35,000, while motorcycle parking spaces are available for an additional €5,000.
