- Preparation of pre-contract and main contract through our lawyer,
- Obtaining consent for the purchase of the property from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens),
- Registration (court and land registry),
- Transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the seller's name to the buyer's name.
- We mediate in accordance with real estate transfer tax calculations.
