For sale is a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a surface area of 79.95 m² and a sea view. The apartment is located in the western part of Makarska, in the immediate vicinity of all essential amenities. The standard business policy of our real estate agency is to organize property viewings after the client has signed our standard agency agreement. Signing this agreement is a basic condition for further activities related to the purchase of real estate, all of which is based on the Real Estate Mediation Act and the Data Protection Act. We do not provide property locations via email, phone, etc.
The agency commission for the buyer is 3%.
The agency commission includes the costs of:
– obtaining an OIB (tax number in Croatia)
– notary fees
– drafting the pre-contract and main contract through our lawyer
– obtaining consent for the purchase of real estate from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
– land registration (court and cadastre)
– transferring all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the seller’s name to the buyer’s name
– mediation in real estate transfer tax settlement
